Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging, this does included all tags
- Include a receipt or proof of your purchase
To initiate a return, please contact me by email and I will provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address. Please do not send your item back without contacting me first.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Customized or made-to-order products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g wrong or defective item)
Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective, you've recieved the wrong item or your items have been damaged through transit. If any of these problems occur Please do contact me with picture proof of your items so I can make things right.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing time can vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact me.
