Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped by Made By Stacey


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, shipping may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.


2. Shipping Locations

I currently only ship to the United Kingdom. I don't offer international shipping. Unfortunately, this does include Northern Ireland due to new GPSR2024 regulations that came into effect December 13th 2024. The cost of this is currently unfeasible for my small business. This does mean I can only ship in the United Kingdom, I do hope to expand my shipping options in the future—stay tuned!


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are £3.50


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times: 3 - 5 business days after order has been processed and shipped. Please note these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.


5. Tracking

Tracking information will be always provided once your order has been dispatched. 


6. Lost or Delayed Orders

Made By Stacey is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your order appears to be lost, please contact me using our contact form and I will do my best to assist.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I'm not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [14 days] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
