What are your business days and hours?
I operate Monday through Friday until 6:00PM - During these business hours, I'm are either making products for the website, processing orders or responding to customer inquiries. Any messages or orders placed outside of business hours —including weekends will be addressed the next business day.
If there are any delays due to high order volume or holiday closures, I'll always do my best to keep you informed.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, I don't offer international shipping. Unfortunately, this does include Northern Ireland due to new GPSR2024 regulations that came into effect December 13th 2024. The cost of this is currently unfeasible for my small business. This does mean I can only ship in the United Kingdom, I do hope to expand my shipping options in the future—stay tuned!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 working days, though delays may occur during busy periods. If you need your parcel urgently, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
How much does shipping cost?
Postage and Packing is £3.50 but all orders over £30 will get free shipping just use the code offered on check out page.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier. The email will include a tracking link so you can easily monitor your parcel’s progress.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
I understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond my control. If you believe your order is delayed (more than 2 days past expected delivery date), please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and I'll do what I can to make it right.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes Ofcourse, mistakes happen and you can request an address to be changed by emailing me with the correct address information. Please note: Address changes must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?
I'm very sorry for the mix-up! I do my best to ensure every order is packed and shipped accurately. However, mistakes happen and if you've not receive the correct order, Please contact me with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once I’ve verified the error, I will:

Please ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging. I may request the incorrect items to be returned—if so, I’ll cover the return shipping costs.
